The Crown, Bonhams

Ahead of an auction at Bonhams in London, this exhibition open to all offered visitors the opportunity to experience the exceptional craftsmanship and creativity behind the famous series The Crown. Deployed across three floors, over 450 artefacts were presented following a narrative journey, from the entrance with the royal carriage, to the ballroom with the most outstanding dresses brought to life by an animated screen behind, to the more intimate spaces such as the recreation of the Queen's bedroom. The exhibition was a huge success with 25,000 visitors and all lots sold at auction.
